The air-bubble massage mat produces both fine and coarse bubbles, and comprises a number of air channels connected to a blower-distributor, and with ports of different diameters. Each channel (17) has alternate air outlets of large (15) and small (16) diameter one after the other. The distributor can have a number of air chambers which can be shut off from the air supplying blower, one or more channels being connected to each chamber. One chamber (21) can have channels with large outlets connected to it, and the other chamber (22) can have channels with both large and small outlets, with facility to interconnect the chambers.
