The running track is for movable model vehicles. It has a channel (2) formed either below or on the side of the track (1) which is connected to an air pressure source and which is fitted with openings at a distance from each other for the outflow of air largely in the direction of vehicle movement (8). The running track is formed from straight and/or curved sections which can be connected to each other using hollow intermediate sections (10) which correspond to the channel cross section.
