Improved process for producing immunity sample is claimed in which a lipoid component is removed from an egg yolk and the resulting egg yolk is diluted and adjusted to a pH of 6 - 8 with a buffer agent and the diluted egg yolk solution is mixed with an aq. soluble mixt. consisting of a linear fibrous non-electrifying polymer and a precipitant and thereby, a non-dispersibility is imparted to an antibody of the egg yolk and then, the antibody having non-dispersibility is sepd. and collected from a produced supernatant solution. Above egg yolk is collected from an egg which is produced from an immunised hen having the antibody. Above linear fibrous non-electrifying polymer is chosen from nonyl-phenyl-ethoxylate, polyvinyl alcohol or polyvinyl-pyrrolidone and the precipitant is chosen from polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, a copolymer of ethylene glycol - propylene glycol or dextran. Immunity sample is used for the transmission of passive immunity from maternal hen to chicken.
