THE PRODUCTION METHOD OF EGG CONTAINING IgY ABOUT ETEC, Salmonella enteritidis, Salmonella typhimurium, Helicobacter pylori AND THEREOF ICE CREAM OR YOGHURT EGG YOLK, EGG YOLK POWDER AND MIXING IgY POWDER WHICH IS EXTRACTED ABOVE EGG
PURPOSE: A process of preparing an egg containing a composite special immunoprotein(IgY) by emulsifying an antigen of E. coli, Salmonella typhimurium, Helicobacter pylori and Rotavirus with aluminium hydroxide and an emulsifying adjuvant and then inoculating the mixed emulsion into a chicken five times is provided. Therefore, egg yolk, egg yolk powder and the IgY powder substitute for antibiotics and a food additive. Ice cream or powdered baby formula containing the same is used in prevention and treatment of diarrhea caused by food poisoning. CONSTITUTION: An IgY-containing egg is prepared by the process consisting of: preparing a mixed bacteria emulsion by emulsifying an antigen of E. coli, Salmonella typhimurium, Helicobacter pylori and Rotavirus with aluminum hydroxide; inoculating the mixed emulsion into a chicken; emulsifying the antigen with an emulsifying adjuvant(ISA25); inoculating the obtained mixed bacteria emulsion into a chicken; emulsifying the antigen with the emulsifying adjuvant(ISA25); and inoculating the obtained mixed bacteria emulsion into a chicken. An egg yolk from the IgY-containing egg is agitated in alkali ion water, left alone for 24hr to remove fat, concentrated and then freeze dried to produce composite special immunoprotein powder.
