The set contains as reagents (a) a progesterone derivative which is substituted in position 3 via a bridge by a radical which carries one or more atoms of a radioiodine isotope; (b) antibodies raised against a progesterone/protein conjugate, where the protein is bonded via a bridge group in position 11 to the progesterone; (c) progesterone standards and (d) a separating agent, and is used to determine progesterone in serum or in milk.
