The cable cording machine is used for cording light-waves conductors. The elements are fed along the tubular or rod-shaped guide shaft of the driven cording disc. The guide shaft forms an integral part of the disc. The disc consists of an inner and an outer ring linked by spokes. The tubular or rod-shaped guide shaft (11) is an integral part of the inner ring (12) of the driven cording disc (14).
