A power generating system for houses, blocks of flats, public buildings, etc. uses water power by the flow bed narrowing principle. The power is generated by brushless synchronous generators at low voltages. The flow is obtained from the river and can use the flow caused by shipping in estuaries. The water is diverted along channels using the sum of the energy obtained from each channel.
