A marking unit for lotto type cards provides accurate location so that the numbered fields can be easily marked. The card holder consists of two cards (1,2) that contain identical punched hole segments that correspond with the fields contained on the lotto cards. The bottom card has the one edge folded (8,10) over to provide a guide for the lotto card. The top section of the card also has a folded section (11) that locates over the bottom card top edge. When the lotto card is inserted, the fields are acceptable through the punched holes.
