摘要
The bearings consist of two outer, replaceable half-shells(I), made of a high strength polymer; and two inner, wear-resistant half-shells(II) are fixed on the crank pin and move inside shells(I). In the crank pin is an axial lubricant hole, with radial outlets to pockets formed at the junctions between half-shells(II). The crankshaft journals are located in rolling bearings. Half-shells(I) pref. consist of a phenolic resin reinforced by asbestos cloth; whereas half-shells(II) pref. consist of a hardened and tempered steel which is nitrided. The joint surfaces between shells(I,II) are pref. lubricated by a liq. identical to the coolant liq. used in the pilger rolling operation. Useful where each crank pin carries two connecting rods, i.e. two of the bearings described are located on each pin. Wear of the crank pins is reduced; and one liq. forms both a coolant and a lubricant.
