摘要
The direct current motor has a ferrite magnet magnetic circuit which is glued to the interior of the motor frame. The magnetic winding consists of copper conductor encased in resin. The conductor consist of this emanelled copper wires braided together and folded like an accordean. Each fold is maintained by a loop of insulating tape. To reduce the amount of copper and at the same time avoiding the neutralising effect of certain parts of the magnets the magnets are of a diamond shape. Consequently the rotor conductor are wound in a zig zag formation. The flat cables are split between two laminations of the collector. The copper braid layer is placed on a cylindrical mould and joined helically. This layer is surrounded by an insulating tape loop. The cables are then folded over the first layer to form a second layer etc.
