New mass for the determinn. of streptococcal S-NADase antibody consists of synthetic polymeric latex particles on the surface of which is S-NADase. Used for the quantitative and qualitative analysis of S-NADase antibodies in human blood, permitting the accurate diagnosis of haemolytic streptococcal infections. The method is simple, inexpensive and sensitive not giving rise to false positive results.
