Window bay shutter leaf - has integral blades with hinges adjustable in three dimensions

The shutter has blades (3) made out of a single piece of material folded symetrically. Each fold has a small tongue housed in side plates (2). The side plates slide into grooves (4) in riser profiles (5) and maintain the pitch of each of the individual folds in the bent material. The risers (5) are held in position by top and bottom traverses. Both risers and traverses have threaded holes for fixing screws, and if the shutter has more than one leaf, a leaf joint (6) is provided.
