The bill posting display has a frame with two edges joined to form an open U. The other two sides form side stops to a slightly flexible panel placed in the throat of the U. The flexible panel is smooth and can be held by a magnet. Alternatively a one piece frame may be used with a single rigid panel associated with it. The rigid panel can be omitted, or there can be cut outs in it or a small hole through it.
