PURPOSE:To obtain a sheathing wall having a high safeness and a high water shielding property by a method in which a sheathing wall having a core material made of a friction-cut steel material is constructed, the underground outer wall of the structure is built up on the inside, the core material is drawn out, and then a grout, e.g., cement mortar, etc., is injected into the space formed. CONSTITUTION:After the ground is excavated, an interlocking box 1 is set, and then concrete 3 is placed.
