摘要
PURPOSE:To provide an immunizing agent effective to cancer patients and partients poisoned with snake venom, by storing cancer cells, bacteria and snake venom in a liquid composed mainly of laccase for a long period, thereby detoxicating the material without changing its structure and property as a ptotein. CONSTITUTION:The toxicity of sumac is reduced e.g. by dissolving and removing toxic urushiol with ethanol. The treated sumac is put in a container, and thoroughly mixed with various cultured cancer cells, snake venom collected directly from the fang of a viper, and cultured pathogenic bacteria (e.g. tubercule bacilli) each stored in separate container. The mixture is sealed and stored for a long period to effect the spontaneous detoxication without chagning the structure and property as a protein. After the storage, the mixture is kneaded with an extender pigment and formed to tablets, or is dissolved to obtain an injection. Since the protein of the cancer cell, etc. is covered and oxidized with highly bactericidal urushiol, activated oxygen and activated laccase enzyme, it can be stored permanently without causing putrefaction and denaturation.
