摘要

PURPOSE:To facilitate the detection of runout and correct properly as required by supporting a lower impeller shaft with a provisional bearing mechanism and by revolving it at a low speed and by detecting the verticality of a main shaft. CONSTITUTION:A lower impeller shaft 1 is supported with a provisional bearing mechanism 24. The verticality as well as the leveling are indipendently adjusted, allowing the impeller to revolve at a low speed. Then, the verticality of an upper impeller shaft 2 and the leveling of the upper end surface are detected by performing a low speed revolution accompanied by the motion of the lower impeller shaft 1 whenever connected. With this construction, the runout of the verticality of each axial line as well as the leveling of the upper end connection faces can be detected on the way to installation process for the impeller shafts 1 and 2 respectively. Therefore, the verticality of the main shaft can be easily detected and can be properly corrected whenever required.
