PURPOSE:A pharmaceutical preparation for medication through celom suppressing solidification tendency during blending, prolonging decomposition after molding, having quick absorption of agents and antimicrobial action, comprising sulfamethoxazole, trimethoprim, and phospholipid as active ingredients. CONSTITUTION:1-50mg/kg sulfamethoxazole (SMX) is blended with 1-5mg/kg trimethoprim (TMP), a small amount of, preferably 0.5-5wt% of phospholipid (e.g, phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, etc.), and, if necessary, a base (e.g., peanut oil, coconut oil, ethylene glycol, etc.), a surface active agent to promote the absorption of the active ingredients, proper emulsifying agent, stabilizer, colorant, etc., to give a pharmaceutical preparation for medication through celom, having antimicrobial action.
