MIXING AND TREATING METHOD FOR SOFT GROUND AT DEEP STRATUM

PURPOSE:To obtain setting time for a long time necessary for a working process while acquiring sufficient bearing power by mixing the specified quantities of alite and belite to a cement group setting curing material used for the title deep stratum mixing treatment. CONSTITUTION:Not more than 3wt.pt. alite (3CaO.SiO2) per 100wt.pt. soft soil and not less than 7wt.pt. sum of alite and belite (2CaO.SiO2) are added, agitated and mixed, and the soft ground is mixed and treated at the deep stratum. When adding not less than 3wt.pt. alite, the setting of improving soil is promoted, and the long setting time or 24hrs. or longer as a target is not obtained. When adding not more than 7wt.pt. sum of alite and belite, the compressive strength of 20kg f/cm2 or higher as a target is not acquired.
