TRANSFER SHEET FOR LAPIS LAZURI DECORATION FIRING ON BONE CHINA PRODUCT

PURPOSE:To manufacture a large amount of bone china products, decorated and fired in lapis lazuri, by simple method, by a method wherein a transfer sheet, having an adhesive power to a grounding surface of a bone china, is used as a method in which the bone china product is decorated and fired in lais lazuri. CONSTITUTION:A lapis lazuri paint layer 4, consisting of a lapis lazuri paint paste, is formed by printing 40-50mu thickness on a transfer process paper 2 through a paste layer such as dextrin. A lapis lazuri paint paste is prepared by mixing 30-75pts.wt. rapid drying medium oil consisting of ethyl cellulose resin, alkyd resin, ethyleneglycol-monoethylether, with 100pts.wt. a lapis to make overlap painting easier. A lapis lazuri paint is prepared by mixing a borosilicate low-melting point flux such as 35-55wt% headoxide or 30-40wt% SiO2 with 18-64wt% cobalt silicate pigment, respectively, to improve an adhesive power to a grounding and printability.
