PURPOSE:To provide possibility of knowing before commencing car drive if any trouble exists in the mechanism by furnishing the car with a trouble diagnosis system which judges the conditions of every part one after another with the aid of a builtin computer after the engine is started and emits a necessary alarm automatically if it senses any part being out of order. CONSTITUTION:Turning on the main switch 30 will permit the CPU14 to light up an alarm lamp 22 and all indicator lamps 20a-20h and also to check itself how it is in condition. When the engine is started and the output voltage of an AC generator 24 continues for the period a in sends or longer, the system is put into the scanning process, that is to extinguish the indicator lamp after the time b in seconds one after another if the parts are in good condition and keep the corresponding lamp lighting if any part is out of order until the switch 30 is turned off, and also to allow the alarm lamp 22 to twinkle. When the whole scanning process is completed, the system is turned into normal monitoring, but turning on the check switch 28 can let the system repeat the scanning process as above whenever the driver wants.
