TREATMENT OF BYPRODUCT IN WASTE GAS DENITRATION PROCESS

PURPOSE:To effectively utilize a thermal decomposition type waste treatment process and a waste gas denitration process relative to each other and prevent pollution by mixing the byproducts of the latter process with the raw materials of the former process and causing thermal decomposition. CONSTITUTION:Byproducts such as Ca(NO3)2 and NH4NO3 produced in a waste gas denitration process are fed to a supply hopper 5 by a byproduct supplying machine 16. The supply is usually accomplished in the form of powder but that in the form of slurry is equally well. The dusts fed from a silo 4 to the hopper 5 and said byproducts are uniformly mixed in the hopper 5, and the mixture is charged into a thermal decomposition fluidized bed 8, where it is thermally decomposed and gasified. The amount of addition of the byproducts is 1-30wt% based on 100% the dusts and more preferably 5-10wt%. The byproducts are supplied after they are made into the form of powder by way of a crystallization process or slurry and the like.
