PURPOSE:To realize a speedily responding automatic control system for a motor of large/medium capacity by a method wherein a motor of small capacity directly connected to the motor of large/medium capacity receives electric power from an auxiliary power source reflecting very small fluctualtions created in the load and enforces fine regulation. CONSTITUTION:Coupled unifiedly with a motor 1 of large/medium capacity is an auxiliary motor 2 with its capacity amounting to several percent of the motor 1 capacity. Connected to the auxiliary motor 2 is an auxiliary power source 4 including a high frequency converter or DC chopper. A detecting unit 6 exemplified by a high frequency pulse pickup detects very small fluctuations in a load 5 and regulates the auxiliary motor 2 via the auxiliary power source 4. Accordingly, a very small speed fluctuation short of affecting the large/medium capacity motor 1 is utilized for compensatory control thanks to the auxiliary power source 4 and the auxiliary motor 2 capable of super high speed responding, this setup consequentially ensuring increased responsiveness and finer regulation for a large/medium capacity motor automatic controlling system.
