PURPOSE:To shorten an operation time, by constituting a secret code of the first and second secret codes. Among these parameters, groups A, B of parameters such as data, name of the turf, openind code, race number, single or plural, group number, etc. pass through the first check part 5, are sent to a search mechanism part 6, and are outputted after they have been converted to numerical values by corresponding numerical values stored in a fixed table 7. On the other hand, a group C of parameters of said amount of unit and serial number of a ticket passes through the second check part 4, and is inputted to an operation part 3. In this operation part 3, these parameters are converted to optional numerical values by optional functions and are outputted.
