PURPOSE:To provide the titled vaccine which can be mass-produced easily and has excellent antigenicity, by inactivating a cultured medium obtained by culturing haemophilus originated from a pig affected by pulmonic disease in a liquid medium under shaking or aeration and agitation, and adding a proper amount of aluminum hydroxide gel to the emulsion thus obtained. CONSTITUTION:Haemophilus originated from a pig affected by pulmonic disease is inoculated as a seed to the yolk of an SPE grown chicken egg six days after being laid, and cultured at 37 deg.C for 20-48hr. Thereafter, it is inoculated in a liquid medium and cultured at 37 deg.C for 6-48hr under shaking or aeration and agitation. The cultured liquid thus obtained is mixed with 0.25% of formalin to inactivate the bacteria, and then added with 5-10mg/ml of aluminum hydroxide gel to obtain the objective vaccine. Since the vaccine is a killed vaccine, there is no adverse effect such as pyrexia by injection, lack of appetite, incomplete development, etc.
