At this time, the wet air W, increased its temperature by containing moisture in a wet type cooling section 3, flows into a mixing chamber 5, divided into the state of stripes by horizontal dampers 7, disposed on the bottom wall 6 of a mixing chamber. On the other hand, the dry air D from a dry type cooling section 2 horizontally flows between each of the layers of wet air W in the state of stripes by the intermediary of vertical dampers 9.
