PURPOSE:To save energy and installation cost in such a way that two types of variable delivery pumps for high pressure and low pressure are installed in the power transmitting circuit in order to satisfy individually demands for high flow rate and high pressure in the oil in synchronous or single use. CONSTITUTION:Synchronous or respective single operation of two pumps PH, PL can be done by arranging a hydraulic pump for high pressure PH and a hydraulic pump for low pressure PL in the power transmitting circuit. In the anterior cycle of taking up long sheet-shaped material, the high pressure pump PH and the low pressure pump PL are synchronously operated, and in the posterior cycle of taking up, if only the high pressure pump PH is operated, it supplies the equivalent of work of PSQT part, but it can save without giving the equivalent of work of PTQR part, so that energy and cost can be saved.
