PROCESS FOR FABRICATING A GRID STRUCTURE FOR CDS/CU2S SOLAR CELL

A process for fabricating a grid structure for Cds/Cu2S solar cell which process comprises scribing in a known manner a glass plate in a predetermined patter to form one or more grid lines, coating said patterned glass plate selectively with silver along said grid lines, electroplating the silver deposited the electroplated glass plate with gold by electrolysis and finally encapsulating the grid structure thus obtained to a Cds/Cu2S solar cell with an epoxy compound.
