Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the traction cables are in number of the respectively laterally disposed one side and another pusher tug, each cable having an attached to the transom of the barge and comprises a tip end tora eye that allows a connection with the prestressing means located on the aft side of pusher tug. 3. Device according to claim 2, characterized in that the prestressing means each cable means comprises a hook and engines for moving the hook from the bow aft and stern to prow. 4. Device according to claim 3, comprising means defining a path of the hook, in the course of such displacements in part of which the hook extends in position outboard and in part of which the hook passes through the rail through a slot reentering position on board, this part being located in the path, at the end of the stroke of movement in the fore-aft direction of the hook. 5. Device according to claim 6, wherein the hook is integral with the piston body, which is movable in a guide tube, having a slot for passage of the hook, the piston rod having a fixed end. 8. Device according to one of claims 2 to 7, characterized in that the eye comprises at its end a ring which is fixed a carrier cable passing over pulleys and then on a winch. 9. Device according to claim 8, wherein the fixing of the supporting cable on the ring is effected by means of a shearing member. 10. Device according to one of the preceding claims, comprising a plurality of laterally cushions between pusher tug and the notch of the barge. 11.
