ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: A lipoprotein complex normalizing the efficacy of vitamin E and synthetic antioxidants. The complex according to the invention is characterized in that it contains vitamin E or synthetic antioxidant, a selenium compound, at least one lipolytic enzyme with affinity for interfaces lipid-water, and polar lipids. The complex lipoprotein of the invention is applicable to the production of medicines for internal or external use for humans and animals, as well as cosmetic products.
