Appliance is constituted by a light chamber (1) in pyramid section having a spot lamp (5) in its end of smallest area located within the chamber. Outside the light chamber (2), a movable mirror (10) is located, the whole device being supported on a telescopic column. The appliance could also be constituted by a base (15) having a tube (18) with a "U" types support (20) which supports two lamps (21) having a movable mirror (22) centrally located.
