The device consists of a light chamber (1) of pyramidal section comprising a lamp (5) disposed in the narrower portion of the chamber. On the outside of the chamber (2) has a movable mirror (10), the whole being supported by a telescopic device column. The device could also be constituted by a base (15) comprising a tube (18) with a U-shaped bracket (20) which carries two lamps (21) with a movable mirror (22) instead of centrally.
