According to the invention, starting from the inner and the outer jacket surface, at least two turns each are equipped with additional insulation (32) and the winding capacity between turns free of additional insulation is increased compared to the winding capacity of the turns with additional insulation. Disc coil windings designed according to the invention are particularly suitable for use for very high nominal voltages, since they have an overall very high dielectric strength without reducing their longitudinal capacitance.
