The power unit combines a steam turbine with a rotary water pump, rotary steam compressor and condenser in a common housing. The scoop-shaped steam turbine blades are arranged on the radially outermost periphery of a rotor with central output shaft. The rotor body contains two concentric tubes and a set of radial blades which form a water pump in the central tube and a steam compressor in the annular space around that tube. The water pump connects to a condenser in the lower part of the housing.
