Transportable sectioned pontoon bridge or ferry - has ramps with own drive and end bollards, functioning as push boats

The pontoons coupled together for road transport on motor trucks, without own drive through water, and ramps providing connection with banks, are incorporated in a floating bridge or ferry. The ramps are equipped with their own drive (1) for movement in water, and are fitted with mountable and demountable thrust bollards at their ends, which converge in a tongue shape, enabling them to be used as pusher boats. The engine for drive in water is pref. adjustable for slope setting of the ramps in relation to the pontoon (8) hinged to it. Ramps may be fitted with skids and collapsible skid extensions. Time needed for providing pusher boats in the water is reduced, less work is involved, and operation is strong currents is improved.
