This innovation alters the pressure in the high and low pressure areas in the air stream over a moving vehicle. This is achieved with the aid of an air duct passing through the vehicle in which a drive motor is fitted to accelerate the air flow. The accelerated air flow serves to lessen the vehicle wind resistance thereby decreasing the amount of energy required to keep the vehicle moving. By appropriate design of the inlet and outlet openings of the duct the stability of the vehicle can be enhanced.
