Multi-locomotive model railway system - uses digital control to locomotives and track equipment in fully compatible electronic or voltage control system

Fully compatible multi locomotive model system with digital control to the locomotives and the track equipment. The system can accommodate one conventional continuous current locomotive and up to 63 electronically controlled digital locomotives on the same layout. The locomotives are powered from the track and also receive command digital signals through the track. The motors may be controlled by both digital commands and also by conventional track power variations. Digital signals control items such as points, signals, carriage lights and steam emission together with the speed and the direction of the locomotive.
