The distributor head connected to the water supply for a bath or shower has a brush (18) or other device fitted to its discharge end for massage or skin treatment. The head has a casing (15) with a water connection one end and a perforated tube (10b) projecting from the other end to deliver a spray, or to carry the brush. The force of the incoming water operates a motor (1 to 9) which includes a crank drive section (8) to rotate the end of the tube (10). Between the motor and the outer end of the head is a chamber (16) containing a lotion, or foam producing liquid (21), with a valve controlling its discharge through an opening adjacent to a perforated intermediate inlet portion (10d) of the tube. Inlet water (13) enters a chamber enclosing the motor, then enters the tube to flow through it towards this intermediate portion to mix with the liquid for discharge from the other end.
