Two underframes, with wheels, are interconnected by a transport plate, together with two pivot bearings and a push-and-pull device, are incorporated in a platform-type heavy goods wagon, esp. for use in mining above and below ground. The load bearing transport plate (13) is a detachable component. Between it and the two pivot bearings (14), resilient support is provided by vertically aligned mounting springs (18), in box form, loadable for shear and pressure. This are fixed onto the plate and onto the side frames (21) of the underframes (11). They consist of a rubber and metal element. This combines flexible loadability with ease of production, good running and effective springing whether empty or heavily loaded.
