The spring board is shaped like a box. It has a jumping off board the height of which is adjustable relative to the floor. The jumping off table (2) is supported by legs (4,6) located at the centre and at a distance from the sides of the jumping off table (2). The legs placed at a distance from each other and adjoining the transverse sides of the jumping off table (2) are connected to its lower side and both legs (4,6) have their bearing on a common base foot (32).
