Slow speed steering arrangement for heavy vehicles - has switch added to steering, which when moved steers vehicle but is cut out during normal driving

The steering arrangement for heavy vehicles with servo assisted steering adds a hand or foot operated switch which when moved to the left or right from its rest position operates the steering to turn the vehicle to the left or right. The switch has a cut out to ensure that it can only be operated when moving at low speed and cannot be used in normal driving. This removes from the driver the heavy strain of turning the wheel during shunting the vehicle at low speed and parking in small spaces.
