摘要
A penetration through the side wall, top or bottom slab of a reactor pressure vessel, esp. a prestressed concrete pressure vessel or vessel composed of cast iron blocks, is designed for the passage of one or more inner pipes. Each inner pipe is welded to the vessel liner at the inner face of the concrete or other pressure vessel, and the inner pipe is also equipped with retaining fixing devices to resist blow-out. Used for penetration through thick-walled pressure vessels such as prestressed concrete or cast iron pressure vessels, in partic. including a penetration through which a number of ducts or pipes may pass. The arrangement is designed to separate the construction stages of internal tube assembly and reactor pressure vessel construction to the greatest possible extent and to provide double safety measures against blow-out of the tubes.
