Stairs (11.1, 11.2) subjected to torsional loading are of a comparatively low height (H) and are thus of a panel-type character. They are not provided with the continuous shaped reinforcements, e.g. reinforcing cages, deemed necessary for conventional structural parts subjected to torsional loading, but only with sheet-like reinforcements (17, 18), with a sheet-like ring reinforcement (17), in the form of ladder-like or grid-like reinforcing rings, or reinforcing mats (18), or with reinforcing mats (18) and reinforcing rings (17).
