The method comprises the conversion of magnetic field energy which has been static until then into dynamic permanent-magnet rotation energy which carries out work. The method is based on the displacement of a permanent-magnet dipole in a heterogeneous magnetic field. A precondition for changing from a translation into a rotation of dipoles is a heterogeneous magnetic field which can be produced using simple means. In order to fulfil this precondition, it is proposed to cause the heterogeneous nature of the displacing field in a narrow air gap by the interaction forces between the magnetic dipole moment of the dipole on the one hand, and the single-pole surface of stationary magnet plates on the other hand, whose field component coincides with the dipole axis. A mapped, tangential field component is fixed in a Euclidian vector plane by means of assembled magnet plates which either abut or move apart. The complete magnet plate, formed in this way from basic and additional vectors, and having a tangential field behaviour is shown in Figure 1. The axes of the monolithic dipoles are aligned tangentially on a rotating body such that rotation-impulse coupling with the vector plane is exerted on the dipoles. IMAGE
