Board with laying cards for preparing diet plans

A device for preparing diet plans comprises a laying board (1) which has two longitudinally arranged laying fields (2, 3) which are to be covered with laying cards (4, 5) with given size and given weight bearing words and images. In this connection, one laying field (2) can be covered, until a predetermined limit is reached, with those laying cards (4) on which carbohydrate-containing foods are illustrated, the height of the individual laying cards being proportional to the carbohydrate content. The second laying field (3) can be covered with laying cards (5) with foods without carbohydrates. The weight of the laying cards is at the same time directly proportional to the fat content of the foods illustrated. The laying board (1) is tippable about one edge (6) in a similar manner to a balance, the laying board (1) with all the laid laying cards (4, 5) on the one hand and an adjustable counterweight (8) on the other hand determining the balancing forces. Tipping down of the laying board (1) indicates that the maximum permissible fat quantity has been exceeded.
