The invention relates to the vitamin K3- gamma -cyclodextrin inclusion complex which can be prepared by reacting gamma -cyclodextrin with vitamin K3 in the molar ratio of 1:0.7 to 1.2 in the presence of 0.5-5 times the amount - based on the total weight of the solid components - of water and/or organic solvent at 0-60 DEG C. The vitamin K3- gamma -cyclodextrin inclusion complex can be used in human and veterinary medicine.
