The brake return mechanism has a regulating cylinder (11) which is fitted inside the casing (12). This casing is fitted at one end with a disc (13) in line with the end plate (14), which can rotate and is connected to the wheel (15). The disc (13) is adjacent to the grooves (16) in the inside of the casing. The disc is actuated by the piston (17). The cylinder (11) is located between the collar (24) and the split ring (28) at the opposite end. The return rod (29) is central in the cylinder and carries the sleeve (35) inside the helical spring (37).
