The clamp tensions and locks an anti slip band across a longitudinal opening. A guide (7) slides in the opening and has two shoulders (16,17) and two webs (18,19) carrying the pivot (24) of a folding lever (22). The guide is made of a flat front (8) joined to the shoulders by a core (9) with two sides (10,11). The front has longitudinal sides (12,13) forming with the other sides two slideways (14,15). The webs have two interior circular passages (23). Ribs (20,21) form stops at the top for the folding lever.
