The lifting installation is for large objects, such as aircraft, using several jacks at several points. The jacks can be locked in position and have individual controls. There is also a central control desk, joined to the lifting devices to replace individual control. Each lifting device has a base with a support and movement of a mechanical screw jack, controlled electrically. A load detector prevents individual control and switches control to the central desk when the load exceeds a certain value.
