The vehicle has a chassis, on the centre of which is a longitudinal beam on which the driving seat slides. There are two front steering wheels mounted on a pivoting axle (9) supported by an inclined vertical axis (6). Steering varies according to the transverse chassis inclination. There is a driven rear wheel, worked by a chain and pinion which is controlled by back and front tilting of a propulsion lever pivoted on the chassis. The driver's feet press on the front axle (9) to steer the vehicle.
