The L-shaped stop can be locked in the retracted position by a pin with a handle, one of its arms turning inside a straight cylindrical tube. Two holes (28,30) offset 90 degrees from each other are formed in the arm (18) of the stop fitting inside the tube (20) for engagement by the free end of the pin (24), opposite the handle (26). The pin passes through a slot (32) formed in the tubular stop arm diametrally opposite the holes, and which extends through 90 degrees. There can be a radial protrusion (38) from the part of the pin outside the tube (20), and prevented by a stirrup (34) on the latter from axial movement when the pin is engaged. The latter is turned through 90 degrees to free it from the stirrup.
